British singer-songwriter Sam Duckworth—otherwise known as "Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly"—was recently photographed in London with his Valley Arts Brent Mason Signature T-Series guitar.
According to Duckworth, his unusual stage name comes from a ZX Spectrum magazine which featured a solution for the Batman video game and one of the sections of the solution contained the header "Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly." Duckworth's main influences are drawn from folk, emo, and indie, with Billy Bragg cited as a major influence.
Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly is currently on a European tour promoting his second studio album Searching for the Hows and Whys. You can catch "Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly" performing at the Reading and Leeds Festival on August 22 and 23 at The Bestival Festival on The Isle of Wight on September, 7 2008.
You can see various live performances by Get Cape Wear Cape Fly via his dedicated You Tube page.
